Privacy Policy
Effective October 5, 2026. This notice explains how the free tools, paid human-review intake, and optional Blind Listener Gate pilot handle information.
1. Who operates the service
Service operator: DPA Services, LLC
Mailing address: 6421 N Florida Ave, D-654, Tampa, FL 33604, United States.
Customer support: reply@mail.ismysongahit.com.
2. Information and purposes
The free Analyzer, Version Battle and 3-Song Triage process audio in your browser; the website does not upload the selected files to our server through these tools. The optional track title and artist name on the printable certificate also stay in the browser. Website and infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, request metadata, and security logs to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare may process this technical data under its own applicable documentation.
For a paid human review, the hosted payment provider processes payment and order details. Song files are submitted through a Dropbox file request and stored in the operator’s Dropbox account so the review can be completed. Dropbox processes uploads and related information under its own terms and privacy notice. Do not send card numbers or passwords by email. The operator does not use submitted audio to train a general-purpose model.
Lyric Content & Clean Edit Check: if you choose to use this tool, the lyric text you paste and the selected audience goal are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to generate the report and phrase suggestions. HitLytics does not save that lyric text to your account or include it in analytics. Cloudflare processes the request under the terms and data practices applicable to your Cloudflare account. Do not submit text you do not have permission to process. This tool does not check audio, ad-libs, or backing vocals.
Blind Listener Gate pilot: if you explicitly submit a study, only the selected 20-second excerpt is uploaded to the operator’s Cloudflare D1 service for access by signed-in, genre-matched pilot listeners. The song label is shown only to the submitting artist. The operator stores the excerpt and listener responses for up to 30 days; you can delete a study earlier from the pilot page. Listener accounts and responses are used to prevent duplicate votes and report anonymized aggregate counts. The pilot is opt-in, currently unpaid, and does not guarantee panel size or completion time. Do not submit an excerpt unless you have the rights to share it. Listener playback cannot be made impossible to record externally.
3. Cookies, storage, analytics and marketing
This downloadable build does not include an advertising pixel, third-party analytics script or browser-based ad retargeting. The privacy-preference control uses your browser's local storage solely to remember your selection. The website and its hosting or checkout services may still use technically necessary cookies or server logs. Visiting a hosted payment link transfers you to a separate provider governed by its own privacy notice.
Nonessential analytics and advertising tools are disabled in this build. If the operator introduces them, this notice and the preference control must be updated to identify vendors, collection, sharing, retention, purposes, and appropriate opt-out/consent mechanisms before loading those tools.

4. Sharing, storage and retention
Cloudflare, the hosted payment provider, email provider and Dropbox may process information needed to operate the site and fulfill an order. The operator retains submitted recordings only as needed to complete the review and handle related support, then removes them from its Dropbox account when no longer needed. Provider backups and legally required transaction records may persist under their own retention rules. Customer recordings are not sold or used for general-purpose model training.
5. Security and international access
We use HTTPS and a local-first free audio workflow. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Services may be accessed from locations where infrastructure and payment providers process data in other jurisdictions. If a data incident occurs, the operator will assess and carry out applicable notice obligations.
6. Your choices and requests
You may choose not to use paid services, and you may delete local certificate data by closing the page or clearing your browser data. For requests to access, correct, delete or limit processing of personal information, or for marketing opt-outs where applicable, contact the verified support address published at launch. Rights and exceptions depend on your location and applicable law. The operator will verify identity proportionately before disclosing account data.
7. Children and updates
The site is not designed for children under 13. The Blind Listener Gate pilot is limited to people 18 or older. Do not submit children's personal information. Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a revised effective date; any additional notice or consent required by law must also be provided.
